Porterbuilt Question - Having Issues

Hey Guys -
I have been on this board a while and have heard nothing but rave reviews on porterbuilt. I have ordered their cnotch, track/shock bar setup, trailing arm member and recently upper & lower control arms for my factory cross member. Their parts are freaking amazing, love the quality but recently having issues with them calling me back/customer service. They sent me the arms but didn’t sent me ball joints, hardware or cross shafts. I didn’t notice so much was missing until my mechanic told me. I went ahead and bought the ball joints and most of the hardware.

Two questions, I think the last part I need are the upper arm bushing spacers, can I get these at a big box store, is there a part number? I have been dealing with Brandon but is there someone y’all normally deal with? I feel like I have to call literally 10 times and send multiple emails before I get a call back, they never pickup when I call.

Not trying to ***** or complain, just trying to get my truck back together since it has been at the shop waiting on parts to complete. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks! Neil

Re: Porterbuilt Question - Having Issues

I’d email Nate. He’s always been pretty quick to respond. I sent Dave an email a few weeks ago and he still hasn’t responded.
