Build plans. Longbed to shortbed stepside.
drop. 5/7
wheels. front 18/10 rear 18/12
Engine. LS2/LS3
Trans. 4L80E
Paint. solid Black.
Suspension. CPP, beltech

I will start buy getting the bed ready and finding missing parts and replacing parts.

So, Lets start with the bed! The pics are upside down because the bed is upside down. Is the rail piece on the inside of the bed replaceable? The one holding the wood. I see its spot welded. Im pretty sure most bed parts are
available in repops?

this is the front mount rail all warped up. Is this still available??

As you can see. One mounting bracket is missing.

Got the bed torn apart today. Not to hard. Just time consuming.

Those side rails are available and replaceable, but you have to locate all the spot welds and drill out every one. There are over 20 on each side. Then you have to weld or bolt on the new ones.
