Question PARKING LIGHTS ON 67

IS IT COMMON FOR THE PARKING LIGHTS TO GO OFF WHEN THE HEAD LIGHTS ARE TURNED ON A 67 ??????? AND IS THERE SOME WAY TO GET THEM TO STAY ON WITH THE HEADLIGHTS ????

Yes they are supposed to go off when the headlights are turned on. I was thinking of making them stay on also while the headlights are on. I think it's in the headlight switch and a later model swotch would have to be used. Someone correct me if I'n wrong.

if ya want them to come on w/ the headlights, wire them w/ a relay off the headlights, but fed from a different power source. had the same situation w/ my GTO and did it this way.

I had an old 64 Chevy PU that was like your 67. I found there was an unused terminal on the light switch, that was still powered when the headlights came on. I moved the connector for the parking lights to that terminal, and then the parking lights stayed on with the headlights.
