Post Starving for fuel at high speeds

I can tell I'm not getting enough fuel on the Highway, when I put it to the floor when I'm going 65-70 it hesitates for a second, I'm using a 1406 600, everything looks good, filter is new, lines are good, pump is new, any ideas?

No help on this subject, but I just wondered if you had any luck on your grill situation yet?

dion, try the carb jetting kit for that 1406. I had the same symptoms when I had that carb set to lean. I would try to richen it before you decide to slap a bigger carb on the engine.

How do you know your problem is fuel? Couldn't it be air?
