That looks like a fairly nice truck. What does it have for an engine and trans?

Re: Finally found my new truck

The truck has a 283 with a small cam and intake and carb. It has coils all the way around with the front stock ones cut one coil off and 3" lower coils for the rear. The body is in excellent shape with cab corners being replaced and the rest of it is very solid. It was taken off the frame and everything painted. It has a 12 bolt rear end. My first order of business is to fix any leaks and make it a reliable driver. Then I want to bag it then replace current drivetrain with modern power and vintage air....its a long list and will take time!

Re: Finally found my new truck

Looks really straight! I searched for a looooong time, one of my biggest 'must haves' was original paint/patina. They are almost always primered or repainted.
