Post can anyone give me info on these heads?

ive got a set of heads that came with the 4x4 and would like to know weither they are worth rebuilding or just tossing. numbers are:
8873487

on what part of the head did you get these numbers.the casting number should be between the rockers.

got it between the rockers, discovered that it is actually 3973487 instead of 8873487

according to Mortec they are:

3973487....71-72...350..........used on 71-72 350 LT1, 75cc chamber

They look worthy of a rebuild to me.

I Have those exact heads on my 1967 327 and i wish that i had the original 64cc heads.
(the engine is 1967, the truck is 1970).
