>>>> suffix code help please <<<<
I am restoring my grandfathers 1965 C10 and one of the many upgrades is the 1995 350ci 5.7L engine.
Casting # 14093638 Date Code C215 I have been searching for information to interpret the suffix code. V0327PLA We know V is for FLINT We know 03 is for March and We know 27 is for Day 27 Does anyone know what the "PLA" stands for? |

If www.chevymania.com ever comes back up, then you can find the code there. It's only site I can find that can tell you that info. You can also call a dealer and they can tell you.

It's out of 1995 G10 van. I checked when I was at the dealer today.

No problem. I was there getting some keys cut and asked if they could look it up. Glad I could help.
