As far as I know nobody sells reproduction foam "buns". LMC and others sell repair kits but these are just to help saggy seats and would do nothing for seats with missing chunks as most of them you see. For the 69-72 seats I have been looking real hard at the 66-67 chevelle buckets, the look like the same shape, foam is readily available and knowing GM it will bolt right up. I don't know of a seat that has the same shape as the 67-68 seat but that doesn't mean there isn't one. I guess your best bet is to take to an upholstery shop for a "cut and paste" job

The mustang bucket seat has the same shape, but I haven't actually measured the chevy foam to see if there is a difference. I will measure the chevy foam and check at the arlington swap meet and respond on here.

I know! I know! FORD SUX but what the hell they will be under the seat cover.

Re: Who sells 67-68 CST bucket seat foam

Old post but we are working on manufacturing our own foam as it costs so much. I worked for years for Dow helping to make the ingredients so i figure we would start making them. Their are a lot of manufacturing techniques and recipes and it boils down to weather or not we can afford to set it all up.. We are still learning.
