Chicken nuggets.... :)
Thomas' class incubated some eggs for a class project and they started hatching yesterday. All the kids in Thomas' kindergarten class were all excited. Mom walks in and, being raised on a farm says "mmmmmm chicken nuggets"....

Re: Chicken nuggets.... :)
Sounds like something that would happen at my 4 yr olds preschool class. She told them she had a bottle calf so her teacher asked what happened to the cow. My 4 yr old tells the entire class that she could not get up anymore so daddy shot her and hauled her off with the hay truck. She had the story right just guess I need to be more careful who is around when we have to do those type of things. If you live on a farm those things will happen and I dont shelter my kids from the life and death of animals.

Re: Chicken nuggets.... :)
I thought they had chicken in them at least the beaks and feathers. One more story on my daughter last fall we had 3 fat calves to go to the locker she wnated to ride along. I took them up on Sunday evening the owners are old friends. We get up there and no one is around so I unload the calves and pen them get back in the truck and Aubrey my then 3yr old asked "who is going to bring the steaks out" I just laughed and told her we had to come back and get it the meat in about 3 weeks.
