Pulling Front End Parts Off - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Is it possible to pull the Grille Support and the Radiator Support, Leave the inner fender panels, outer fenders and hood in place?
Has anyone done such a thing before?

I don't see why it wouldn't work. You may have to attach something to pull each fender outward to gain a little clearance to help with removal of the grill panel and radiator support. Maybe a ratchet strap? Of course with all of your components being nicely painted, this might be an unnerving task.

Thank you Captainfab, I hoped you would help. I pulled the grill support easily, oddly enough when all the outside bolts were pulled a small gap appeared and it came right out

So cool, I'm going after it.
