Can you stretch it a little bit longer like a mega cab? I'd like extra storage especially since I don't need the fuel tank I would run under the bed large tanks

We are making such a beast right now. A customer is having us add 6" to the cab with a shorten bed. Has everything to do with the doors. We call it "The Texas Longhorn" version.

Re: 67-72 Chev Crewcab Build

Need to get out and about more on this forum because today I just found out that "Cowboy" won the Truck of The Month for March 2015 here on the forum. I appreciate the forum admins for picking the truck and want to give a shout out to them.

Congratulations on the award. Truck looks great. Question. Is that a factory color on the main body? I ask cause I am building a 68 right now that I color matched the interior to the main body and it looks very similar to yours.

Sorry, I was actually talking about your truck "The Drill Sergeant". I am painting my 68 1 ton Dually Short Bed Step Side a similar light tan color which color matches the original color it came from the General with. Looks similar to yours.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

Does the Cowboy truck have regular length truck doors?
Reason I ask is that the look I like.
I know you make the Longhorn cab also.
Thanks
Dwayne

The front doors are regular size and the back are the size of a Suburban 3rd door.
