Thumbs up Bad picture of my 67 Panel with Cowl Hood

Well it is a bad picture... It wasn't taken with my digetal camera, but it is a scan of one taken with my nikon. What do you think? I like it better than the standard hood even though it hasn't been painted yet. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

man i'm not into panel but that look very cool. it's the cowl it make a huge impression. so whats next? what color are you thinking on painting it? Are you thinking on tubbing it? i think some 15 inch wide tires in the back would make jaws drop.

Thanks Alexis, Naw, I'm not going to tub it... I have a 72 Suburban Chassis I am fixing up and lowering to set the body on and I plan on painting it "Caddilac White Diamond". Then it will get Pearl Blue ghost flames on the front that will go back about half way into the doors and about 3 coats of clear then my logo will be applied where you would normally see windows on a suburban. Then a couple more coats of clear over that... 18" wheels, Big Block 396, 700R4 transmission, full electric and leather high back bucket seats with air lumbar. I will also be installing a front and rear air system as soon as I find one and a few other necessaties that I will probly think of along the way. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

I've always wanted a cowl hood for my blazer. Whats the best fiberglass cowl or is US Body source the only option? I really would love to do like Scott did and get a carbon fiber hood made! "Dream, Dream!" LOL

I like it! I think the cowl hood and flames will help balance out the look of the large rear end, he-hee.
