proper placement

I have question about a couple things. I have a sbc in the I6 position I installed a set of headers that a few other pepole said the collectors were paralell with the frame on theirs. I was wondering if the engines angle is difrent in the v8 position as opposed to the I6 position I know it will be about 3 farther forwards.

there isnt a noticeable diffference in the height/angle in I6 vs v8 position......that i could find anyway. I have hooker comps on mine , & the collectors are parallel with ea other, & show approx 2 1/4" below the frame. I dont have any shots of the bottom of the frame, but a couple eng shots. here is the link .... http://community.webshots.com/user/hotrodhorn I would say the Hookers are pretty much parallel with the frame. What headers are you running? crazyL
