Glovebox Data Plate

Hello guys.......I have a 1970 C20 Fleetside pickup and I'm trying to figure out the following information on the data plate in the section labeled : SE FTO661278. What does the SE stand for and where can I decode information at?

I don't know what it is used for but I think it was only used on trucks built in Canada.....
