It's called golf because all the other four letter words were taken.

Its not perfect by any means but it will be. It has all the usual problems with a '72 K5 but nothing severe. Overall its in good mechanical condition. We drove it home from Augusta, Ga to Knoxville, TN last night. Its pretty much original and hasn't been hacked up by someone else. I can't wait to get started!

So many plans, not enough space to list them all. First things first is to get the mechanicals up to par (402BB stump puller, TH350, NP205) and the major body repairs.

more pics

Already decided to tear it down and rebuild from the bottom up (or where the money allows). Just too many imperfections. I'll be selling the Corbeau Baja buckets, Corbeau racing harness, the rear step bumper, the 305 (out of 1980 camaro), 3-speed tranny, and Dana 20 transfer case. e-mail if you are interested.

That blazer looks really nice, what all is wrong with it? Is it just structural stuff? It looks like maybe someone restored it a few years back. Did they not do a good job? The paint looks nice. What do you have to do to start?
My blazer looked crappy on the outside, but the underside, rocker boxes and such were totally solid. I am not sure which is worse...
Keep the progress pics coming as you work on it. I think it looks great! Does it have a glove box option sheet? What is the factory color? Good luck!

That is very nice looking. It looks like it is in great shape. How much for the seats? Do they have custom mounting brackets?
