These are gm nos retainer clips for tailgate trim and tail light bezel trim clips. $3.95 each clip + shipping.

Steve, what is the purpose of the foam?
Anti rattle?
I never noticed clips like those 6.
Wondering if it is beneficial for trim installing purposes.

Sam, It pushes into the hole with the clip catches and helps seal it. I always run a bead of silicone around my holes after clip is in the hole. .

If you have them, I will take all that is required to mount tailgate trim and tail lamp trim. Unsure of the quantity w/o looking into it. 6 for tail lamps?

Tim, I have 3 different kinds of nos clips and all came in gm boxes or package and have the same part number. The taillights take 4 each side. and the upper trim 3 clips each side and clips that have a screw and nut, I think. I don't have that kind of clip. The bottom trim takes 9 clips. Here are a couple threads worth viewing . I had nos trim and clips and still got a dink when installed.

So if I understand correctly, 19 clips will cover upper band (not including the screw type clip required at each end), lower band and both tail light bezels. I WILL TAKE A SET to complete an entire install. Please PM my final cost.

I will let Tim go first . I think I can take care of you too. I need to figure out which clips fit the best on the trim. I used the clips with the with the nub on the back for my taillight trim. but the other style doesn't have the nub. I can't find my nos upper trim to see if either clip works on it. I will get back with you.

For what’s its worth, the pile of clips on the far left are exactly like my upper trim NOS clips. There are 4 clips plus 1 with threads that bolts through the end of the tail gate, upper mouldings right and left. The clip with the threads goes on the end of both sides.

The second pile looks like the taillight bezel clips and there are 4 clips per side.

Nic, could not put together a full set of clips. I got ahold of a few contacts and these nos GM clips are up to $6+ bucks each. That's double what I paid them last year for the same clips. I guess I should have bought all of them then. a1
