Re: Sport mirrors

I have seen NOS mirrors in boxes like that. What are those beauties going on?

Re: Sport mirrors

Not sure, they came with a 67 C10 my dad bought back in 86 or so. He had a 71 K10 before that then a 72 4x4 Blazer after the 67

Re: Sport mirrors

Looks like the same set (box) I have for my truck. The gaskets and screws are the hardest pieces to come by. The box set like in your picture I believe came with the screws and gaskets but no backing plates unless mine were removed sometime in the 40+ years before I got it. The guy helping me restore my truck is driving me nuts over the box, he wants to keep it for his shop...

Re: Sport mirrors

I'll see if the numbers on my box are the same when I go down to the shop this coming Saturday and let you know. I still haven't figured out the picture thing on the forum yet...

There was a run of those on the part's board maybe 2 years ago. They went like hotcakes. Same box, and yeah, gaskets, screws and instructions. On a side, I noticed the rivet job was cleaner than the 09-10. At least what I've seen. Downside of that box is a tad shelf ware. GM didn't believe in plastic etc.

Really not sure. Planning on putting the bigger mirrors on my k10. But for the right price everything is for sale. I'll have to think it over but will say if I do it will take a crazy number to get them bought. We've had them so long there kinda part of the family. Lol
