New member in Northwest Missouri

I retired back in August , first thing first ,go buy a old GMC ! Found a 1969 Camper Special, optioned out nicely. Found this to be the best research area.
If you can’t find the answer here you haven’t looked hard enough yet .
Cleaning the inside, replaced carpet , doing the seat cover. When pulling the seat I found the build sheet, It was a California truck and to my surprise it was delivered to Lehmer GMC , well Lehmer is my last name, and a little research I found they were still in business. Contacted them and talked to a cousin (owner) and he is sending me a couple metal license plate brackets that say LehmerGMC.
Fun beginning, thanks for all the reading
