87 R30 running rich, any suggestions

I have an ‘87 R30 dually,454,400, fuel injected(tbi) . When I start it up it the exhaust gas smell is so rich that it’ll make your eyes water. Any suggestions? I’ve already changed the O2 sensor, throttle body gaskets and coolant sensor.

Map sensor? A very plugged air filter? Spark plugs all look the same? Could take temp reading alongthe exhaust manifolds to see if all the cylinders are firing.

Thanks. I’ll check for the sensor and check the cylinder temps. The air filter is new.

you need to check the fuel pressure regulator on the throttle body it will cause it to run rich and check the t/b gasket and t/b for any vacuum leaks .

Thanks, I’m gonna pick up a rebuild kit, they’re cheap and shouldn’t take long to do.

Vacuum line to the MAP sensor...check for cracks. Also the water base plate under the TBI was famous for blowing the gasket out on the vacuum side of the EGR port
