Question disc brake conversion

I have a question that I know someone can answer! I own a 69 c-10 2wd drum brake truck. I purchased a 71 c-10 2wd with disc and 5 lug. My 69 has power drum brakes and 6 lug hubs of course. My question is, when converting to the 5 lug, and disc brakes, do I have to change brake boosters, porportioning valves? Also, on the rear, do I have to change the whole rear end, or can I get by with changing just the axles and the backing plates along with the brake shoes? I almost forgot. Do I need to change more than just the spindles on the front, or is there something else I am not seeing? I know someone out there has been at the same point that I am at. Look forward to some info. Thanks, 69blue.

I'd say the spindles on the front, and the proportioning valve. The booster will work for either disc or drum, but you will need a disc brake master cylinder.

Change the entire rear axle assembly. The axles on the 65-69's are shorter than the 70-72's.
