The ability to speak several languages is an asset, but the ability to keep your mouth shut in any language is priceless.

I built a nice size company, and now have people to do all the things I don't want to do, but when I walk through that door at night, I become a bumbling idiot, incapable of tying my own shoe laces without supervision.

I know what you're saying. I ran a department with up to 50 employees at times.

It was a different story when I got home. My wife and kids would just look at me like I no clue.
