Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

I never thought of that, but I have already started getting rid of all the dead falls off the oak trees out back.

Re: My new fireplace

Is it mortared or is it stacked? I like the idea of it. Did you have a plan or "wing it" like I usually do? If you had a plan could you share it (for the fireplace part of it)?

Thanks, Rg

It's a kit by http://www.buildwith.romanstone.com/plans.html. It comes on two pallets, and has good instructions. I was at a meeting at one of the local lumberyards, and the rep was there. He cut me deal.

I could copy the plans, but if you just bought stones, the stone cutting would be painful.

The stones are stacked, no mortar, just construction adhesive, and little of that.

I brought our 22 year old yard boy out to help me. I'm almost 66, and I wasn't about to let him out do me.

I get a lot of exercise, ride a bike, and walk a lot, but I'm so sore today I can barely move.

I've had these pallets sitting out back for 3 months. I finally decided I was going to have to just do it.

That looks really good Larry. So, the materials were supplied in a kit?

I've picked up a rock or two in my time Larry. There's a guy down south of here on Highway 65 that has quite an operation selling Fieldstone.

That's a good looking kit. And no mortar huh?
It looks like a great place to have the morning coffee and late evening sippins, especially in the fall and spring.

No mortar. Once that construction adhesive set, there was no moving a stone. it would tear a patch out of the stone.

The little woman brought me a hot chocolate out tonight.
