20 and 30 amp circuits

i have almost completed installing my american auto wire harness.
it has an accessory harness preplumbed into the fuse panel with the following ratings...

all are 12volt
2 are plumbed to a 20 amp fuse
3 are plumbed to a 30 amp fuse

what kinds of things can i put on these without overloading?

planning on some heated seats, rear AC and heat, rear aux power, rear lights, maybe an air compressor......
