Water Buffalo parts question

Will regular pickup doors fit a 56 GMC 550 Cab over? Looking for some things for the water buffalo and want to see what I have for options.

Also anyone know of a good place to get some parts for it? Looking for a drivers side fender and step and a couple other minor parts.

Thanks
