Hydroboost swap question 75 K5. pics

How long should the pin be inside the hydroboost unit?

When I try to mount the MC to the booster it hit with about a 1/4 of an inch before the flange hits the booster.

I am completely unable to help, but would enjoy a couple more pictures of that if you had a chance.

It ended up being right. If anyone here ever needs the pin spring and clip order a duralast hydroboost for a 94 half ton from auto zone.
