I got this tach from a firebird and was wondering if I could make it work on my 78 chev truck,it is a close fit in the gauge panel.I just don,t know what the bottom 3 leads are for,one says B but no markings on the other 2

Re: wiring a 86 ish firebird tach
The bottom 3 leads are where the control circuit connects to the meter movement. You don't need to make any connections there. Just hook up the top 3 "coil", "gnd", and "12V" connections that you have labeled and that's it.
