You're on a roll now that the frame is back rolling around. Keep up the momentum!

I'll keep you posted on that...JC
Hey Joe, looking forward to the results on the contact cement. Plan to do my headliner in the next few weeks with inspiration from the headliner your wife did. Hopefully the contact cement will work. Last resort, a couple tubes of "super glue!"

I'll keep you posted. I just bought a small can of cement yesterday. My cousin used it to do a headliner on my old '51 years ago and it worked great! And it was on a 'stretch across the rods' type headliner. The truck belongs to my brother now and the headliner is still holding strong.

Mine will be getting re-done real soon... I will have super glue on hand also..

Re: 1973 Cheyenne Super 10

Well I haven't put much work into the '73 lately, been focusing on the '65...

I just wanted to post a couple of pics of the truck putting in some work...

I hope to get back to work on this truck in the near future...

Re: 1973 Cheyenne Super 10

Well, I found a set of wheels that I want to run on my truck. They were at the junkyard... a full set of 15x8, 70's style chrome baby moons...$10 a piece. That's within my budget on this build and it keeps it with the 70's theme I am going for. I clean them and steel wooled them and they look pretty nice. I got Radial T/A's mounted on three of them, but I'm one tire short. I need to fine one more 245/60r15. You may have seen my WTB post. Anyhow, I'll post pics as soon as I have them. I can't wait to get them on the truck. I'm very pleased...

Re: 1973 Cheyenne Super 10

I ran outside and grabbed some pics... Two of the moon caps were missing. I found that a set of later model center caps fit perfect in there and look pretty nice. The tires I'm running are 295-50r15's for the rear and 245/60r15 up front.

Here they are....

Re: 1973 Cheyenne Super 10

That is a nice score man. They look really good! They will really change the look of your truck! Can't wait to see them on there. I think I would go with the later model centers on them too. Just that little thing different with the bowtie in the middle!

Re: 1973 Cheyenne Super 10

I have the wheels and tires on my truck and I'm very pleased with the look. Reminds me of the trucks and cars of the guys I used to idolize when I was a youngan. My older brothers and cousins always had traction bars and 50 series T/A tires on their rods. Along with the big "California" review mirror, tuck and roll upholstery, Jensen stereo and speakers with power booster equalizer, dual glasspacks and a 'Royal Pine' little tree air freshener.

I will post pics as soon as I can...
