Thumbs up Today's score!

I drove over to Greenville this morning to drop off my panel under the hood to have it dipped in chrome and then polished to a mirror finish. I decided to stop at the Wally World afterwards and I be dang if I didn't find some.
The yellow Luv was my first new truck in 1978 after I worked all summer and saved my money up. I then traded it in 1980 for a 4x4 black Luv.
I don't know if the picture at the bottom is of me are not for sure but I was told it was back in 1980-81 at the Myrtle Beach pavilion. A friend sent it to me. I spent a lot of time back then cruisen that part of SC in the summer month's. I drove that truck up til 1982. I traded it in on a Camaro right before I got married.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: Today's score!

I've picked up several of these two models. I find them often. I swapped torque thrust style wheels on the black one.

Re: Today's score!

Digging through a dump bin at Wal-Mart yesterday, I probably left 20+ black C10s behind...that's just what I actually saw. There's no telling how many more were buried. I've been seeing that truck all over the place lately. It's really odd, too. The truck came out in the 2016 A case. Most cars run for two cases, so the black C10 should have been A and B and then there should be a re-color later in the year. For some reason, the black C10 has been in A, B and C cases now.

Re: Today's score!

I picked up that blue '72 the other day. The one thing that drives me NUTS about these mid-sized Jada cars is how skinny the tires are. In 1:1 scale a donut spare would practically be wider!
