Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Tim I have been hearing about these loose ones. These are the pull backward trucks and they take off I have a couple of them but not the red are black ones. I don't think they are the same trucks by the same people. Are either people are getting them confused. I haven't seen one in person yet so can't say for sure.
I have been hearing on FB that people are finding them at Cracker Barrel also!
The small truck in the middle. White and off white.

Re: Black beauty

yes, the black/white one is a pull-back version. the base is the exact same as the solid color ones. it says "www.jadatoys.com"; same as the solid color ones. ONLY difference is the part no.

on the top side; it has the same shallow bed and opening doors, same wheels, same "Jada" stickers on the front and rear bumpers, same interior.

the two-tone doesn't have the front and rear sidemarkers/signals or the "350".

I know which ones you're talking about Andy. Yours is in between the green and yellow cars. I have one of those also. It's made/distributed by "WELLY". Mine is a two-tone; silver with white side panels. 1:32 scale. It has opening doors and the 5 golden yellow lights on the front of the cab roof. Also rubber tires, but has full wheel covers/hub caps. The bed is a little deeper also. The Welly version seems to have more detailing.

Re: Black beauty

I'll be there again this year. I need to get out into the sun and car show weather soon. I'm sick of the winter weather already. Maybe I'll see you there.

Just look for the truck. There are about 10-15 of us going from here out of the local truck club.

Re: Black beauty

My sister used to work at Cracker Barrel in the gift shop. She gave me one of the '55s they used to sell. 7-11 used to have that quality of diecast by the register.

You must have gotten the earlier 1/25th scale, better detailed, more expensive ones. These smaller ones have only been out since, I believe, around Christmas

Re: Black beauty

No special, they are the same size as the JUST TRUCKS in the boxes that are being released now. Same price. Around 4-5 each. I'll snap a picture of them later. I have them all together. I was able to pick up the last one the other day. My 8 yr old daughter snagged it off the shelf. Haha! Now I have the solid red, black and blue version along with the two tones.
