Where did you mount your air inlet filter?

I have a LWB fleet, and i have mounted my compressor behind the driver side rear wheel with the inlet facing the bumper. The inlet filter says to mount it in a dry place. I'm trying to come up with some ideas and haven't really found a good one. Anyone have some thoughts? or better yet, pics?

Re: Where did you mount your air inlet filter?

I put mine through the bed and under the top rail, but that's not always an option. I would make a shield for it and mount it inside the framerail, as close to the axle centerline as possible. Should keep it dry and cool up there.

Good luck and I want some pics of the finished ride.

i like the idea of making a shield for it inside the framerail. I think that's what i'll do.

No problem, and I found your thread and see some good progress. Keep it low and long.
