88 350 will start won't run

Engine will not idle, to keep it running i will lightly push the gas and it will fluctuate up and down, almost dying when it drops down. when given full throttle it will starve for fuel and die. heres the list of new parts ive put in.
coolant temp sensor
fuel injectors
fuel filter
cap
rotor
wires
plugs
fuel pressure regulator
TPS
I have to believe this is a low fuel pressure issue, could my pump be weak? I didn't think an electric fuel pump could go "bad" I thought it either works or it don't. any help much appreciated.

Your problem sounds just like when my fuel pump died.

The pumps do sometimes just stop, but it is more common for the pump to run but not be able to produce enough pressure.

It sounds like low fuel pressure to me.

As these truck get old, the hose in the tank between the pump and the sending unit is becoming a common failure point too.

The pressure should be tested with the engine running. There is a link to testing information in the FAQs sticky at the top of the board.
