Re: Who are you??

This thread reminds me of a movie that mike judge made. I cant remember the name of it. Throughout the movie, the manager of a company refers to all employees as either dinkis or boy genius. Haha. Good movie. In one of the scenes, the manager says to the owner, 'you will never guess who asked for a raise today'. Owner says 'who'. Manager replies, 'dinkis'. Owner thinks a moment and then says 'you know you really need to learn these guys names'.

Didn't Humphrey Bogart say that in the Big Sleep?

Raymond Chandler wrote the book and I believe that he wrote the screenplay as well.

The book was better. They always are.

That's it. I don't know why I thought it was Bogart.

Yup, you could be a millionaire and catch this disease. You get better, it's not really your money, even if people say different. Age doesn't help, either, we have a kid out here in California who died at 17.

That reminds me of Chick Hearn. The voice of the L.A. Lakers.

"The mustard came off the hot dog"

"If He Hit His wife that hard, She Wouldn’t Even Call the Police"

"If There's Really 18,000 Here Tonight, a Lot of Them Are Dressed Like Seats"

"Could've made that call with braille"

"Couldn't throw a pea in the ocean"

He had a million of them. Great sportscaster.
