Putting new glass in old frames?

I will have to do the same. I already ordered the glass, but you can see where I need to replace. The biggest problem currently is how to get those special screws off that hold the bottom track. My frame looks good but will need the de-rust treatment (vinegar). Subscribed to see the answers you get.
