75 C10 build

Ive had this truck for about 5 months and have been working on it as time permits.Right now im still rolling with the strait 6 and 3 on tree for a few more weeks. Paint buffed out nicely with little effort. Powdercoated the bumpers and swapped from a 79 grille someone had put in it, and went to a 73/74 grille. I got the engine for free so i decided to freshen it up. I did the suspension and all the small details before i but the 5.3 in.

Aluminum 5.3 LC9 converted to 24x bored .20 over
Advanced Induction 243 226cc cnc ported heads milled .020
Cam Motion custom ground hyd roller speced by Pat G 224/228 .600 .600 112+4
Fast 102 with Nick williams 92mm TB
Daves C10 swap headers LT 1 7/8 LT headers

I rebuilt the rearend with 4.10 GM gears and an Eaton Posi

Mcgaughys 4.5/6 drop
POL upper and lower tubular arms (replaced all front end parts)
Wheel Vintiques rear 15x10 5.5 BS
Wheel Vintiques front 15x8 4.25 BS (had to clearance spindle)

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.
