Door window opinions

I am currently doing a total frame off. I'm to the point of getting the door hardware needed to complete my new doors. I've been debating installing the one piece windows in lieu of new vent windows. I like the look personally. I have read that people have had issues with the kits sealing, operating properly, etc.. I've also read many complaints about the fitment, sealing, and alignment of new vent windows. Personal experience and reviews are much appreciated from anyone that has experience with either these options.

Re: Door window opinions

I initially was going to get the one piece window kit but changed my mind due to some issues that I read about. I went with the vent windows from Brothers and i'm happy with them.

Re: Door window opinions

I put a one piece window kit made by "one piece products" along with an electric regulator kit in my son's truck.

Big mistake. I would never do it again. Major PIA to install and they never worked smoothly or sealed right.

Thanks for the comments.

I really wanted the one piece kit but several comments like yours Eddie have me rethinking it.

1969 project, I've read LMC vents are ill fitting but haven't heard anything about Brothers until your post.
