Re: chassis specs

I found specs for an 84 chassis and none of the front end dimensions match my chassis which is suppose to be and 86. I don't have any pics of my chassis to post but I did post specs for the 84.

Can anyone confirm any of the dimensions from cross member to front of frame. Also are these dimensions suppose to be the same for 73-87?

I would suggest they would be the same '73-80, and then '81-87, due to the bumper change (and corresponding change to the ends of the frame rails and bumper horns). I would expect them to be (functionally) the same between the wheels, except for the addition/deletion of attaching holes and the bash for the catalytic converter.

You will also need to check apples to apples in terms of model type; that is, compare a C10 to a C10, or a K20 to a K20, etc.
