Re: The Old Mule - 64 BBW

Made the Mule earn his keep today. For some reason the dryer quit after only 21 years of use.

It took a while to get out of Lowes. Seems not many folks around here use their classic truck as a truck, especially the low ones. Not really a load since it don't weigh much, but it was fun to drive the Mule with the wife and talk to a bunch of random folks

Guess now I need to finish the laundry

Re: The Old Mule - 64 BBW

Nice to see it put to good use . I remember when me and Rian , built my car port . I went down to collect the materials , and the look I got in the hardware stool was worth the trip . I guess using a 50 year old American truck to haul goods in the U.K. Isn't something they see every day .

That's what they were built for. More than just a pretty truck. Looks good hauling the goods home.

Re: The Old Mule - 64 BBW

Well, circumstances & money change things. Since the my wife could not drive the mule and my legs/knees have been starting to scream at me from the lanck of space, so I start looking at other options.

Someone from up northern part of state came and bought the mule. Here he is going bye.

Here is what replaced the Mule

I still plan to be here if you have me, as great bunch of guys here.

It was, she was such a good runner. Hope the new one lives up to close what the Mule did.

I saw the Mule on Craigslist, and seriously if I didn’t just buy a new property I would have been all over it. Good luck with your new project!

Re: The Old Mule - 64 BBW

Probably not for me to say, I'll leave it up to Palf70step if he wants to say.

In my opinion though it was way more than reasonable....and less than I'm likely to drop in my old turd the next few years
