400 TH transmission & flex plate install, torque & thread locker?

Working on a 1971 402 / 400 TH Transmission. Anyone know the torque settings for:

Flex plate to crank flange (bolts include star washers)

Transmission to engine block

Torque converter to flex plate

Also, where do you recommend using thread locker?

Thank you

Flex to crank 65 with a drop or 2 of loctite
convertor to flex 45 drop or 2 of the same
trans to block 30-35, nothing needed, personally I always put in a stud on each side to help guide the trans into place then use a flange nut to tighten it down
