Shocking suspension

Help! My truck still has stock suspension and I need/want better handling, especially on the turns. What shocks should I get? The truck has front and rear coils. I am TOTALLY new to this and need some great advice!
Thanks

If your suspention is in good shape, most gas shocks work well, sway bars make a big differance, Poly bushings on the rear will help too. Bilsteins, Rancho's, when your talking about a truck with this much wieght, your not going to notice a big differance between the manufactures. Make sure your suspention is good, first. That includles ball joints, tie rods, coils, and alinment. Welcome to how to build a truck 101
