Th400 to 700rs swap
For those of you that has done this, how much would this swap cost me if I do the work?
I have a 69 c10 with 350. I wo7ld like to have overdrive so I can change me rear gear to 4.11 or so.i have 3.08 now, I like it on the interstate but not the get up and go I want. |

There are a few variables. Do you already have a core trans to have rebuilt? Are you going to have it rebuilt basically stock or with the typical upgrades? Do you have a reputable local trans builder?

I put a 700r4 into my 1972 cheyenne super. Works great with 3.42 gears in town and on the interstate.... Easy swap to perform, has been done hundreds of times.
