Is it a chevy ?

Re: Which transmission is this?

Agree with Dave with the addition of... I think it's a TH350C

VERY tough to see but appears the back corner of pan is angled so 350,, or 350C. More light would DEFINITELY help.

Appears to be drivers side (shift lever is removed from stud) and is that a electrical pig-tail and connector just behind shift lever? If so thats the lockup connector and it's a TH-350C

Re: Which transmission is this?

I'll try to snap some better pics this evening, it was raining all day yesterday so I took a quick picture without having to crawl all over the ground.

Re: Which transmission is this?

Just a regular T350, if it was a 350C you'd be able to see the wiring at the connector by the 2nd bolt from the back, unless it happens to caked in dirt. But I've got a 350c on my bench and that is where the connector should be

Re: Which transmission is this?

Yup really really hard to see if that's a wiring harness and plug or not. 'COULD BE' but ....
Here's a pic of the 350C . If it has this plug its a 350"C" lockup converter, if the plug isn't there,,, regular TH350 non lockup.

if that site will allow linking that is
