I don't know. It just looks like it is undercarb'd to me. It is 12 cylinders after all.

Hello again, All: Due to age and health circumstances, I've had to toss the wrenches on the workbench and walk away from the farm, rent the land out and move to town. Still have the toy '46 V-12 snuggled down in the corner of the shop. Try to start it and drive a short distance fairly often, to keep her blood circulating.
A "big Thank YOU to all on the site for all the years of advice, suggestions, and info you've given me all these years. It's been a lot of fun watching your projects as well. I still check in now and then, tho. Keep twisting the bolts and blowing fire and thunder out there. Cayoterun
