Re: How about the Pace Truck Club......?
Nice ride. Glad to see the photo. I'm gonna save a copy for myself.
I think the "clubs" have been deleted, but I see what you say. I'm gonna guess that trucks like yours are few and far between. Thanks for sharing the pix.

Re: How about the Pace Truck Club......?
Thanks for the compliment, It was my Dad's truck and I inherited it when he passed away, he had bought all of the parts and wheels to do it up and got sick before he was able to do much, My Mom gave it to me. My youngest son and I have been working on it since. It has all of the original paint and decals except for the hood. Still have alot of things we want to do before it is finished though.

Re: How about the Pace Truck Club......?
They are Budnik wheels my Dad bought back when Traders was still in business, 17x10's or 11's I think on the rear, 17x8's on the front, 275/50/17 nitto's, 255/50/17 nittos, cant remember the model name of the wheels though. Has a 4-6 bell-tech kit on it , but I havent put the notches in yet ... so I havent been driving it yet.

Re: How about the Pace Truck Club......?
Tommy, do you ever go to any local shows or cruise-ins here in Tulsa? I don't have a pace truck, but would be cool to check it out sometime.

Re: How about the Pace Truck Club......?
I do go to some of the shows sometimes, but I usually ride my harley. I will start bringing out my pace truck shortly, got to get the notches put in and roll the lips on the fenders before I start driving it though, I do have a 98 chevy crue-cab 1/2 ton shortbed on bags that I drive everyday. We have been going down to the fudruckers at 71st and 169 on tuesday nights, last time we were there they said they had over 200 cars.....pretty good cruise night......!!!!!!!!
We need to meet up sometime down there, There has been a few trucks showing up down there also. |

Re: How about the Pace Truck Club......?
I've been out to Fudruckers a couple of times, but not with my truck, just to look around. There were some nice trucks out there though. I still need to find someone to weld a front shock mount for me and I'm trying to track down a 78 factory Silverado grille. Then I'll bring it out. I'll keep an eye out for you.

Re: How about the Pace Truck Club......?
I'm pretty happy with the way it sits , be cool to have it lower, but I dont want to cut it up to much. Wouldnt take much to undo it, but then again I will never sell it ......so........nah cant cut it up

Re: How about the Pace Truck Club......?
This one has been for sale for at least a year.
In fact, I think it was for sale when you made this post originally? I could be wrong though... I am less than impressed with that business, but that shouldn't preclude someone from low-balling them?

Re: How about the Pace Truck Club......?
I have one that I am slowly refurbishing. The velour interior was smoked in quite a bit.....lots of burn holes. I have new carpet and new seats but can`t find good door panels. I have redone AC from the compressor to the vents. It`s lowered 2/4 w/coy`s an toyo proxis tires. All decals are good except tailgate and windshield, I have a new set in the box just in case. Since they only made around 1500 of these it seems like it`s worth doing!

those are nice trucks, I remember a couple of years a car dealer had one and was really taken care of and low miles but they were asking like $11k for it
