Also out of curiosity how does the bolting of the bed back down to the frame effect the strenght? And Im guessing that the numbers would be different from SWB to LWB also right?
The PO of my truck did the pipe notch but did a really horrible job, I want to fix it but I havnt decided what I want to do yet.

It is assumed that the frame supports the bed and that the bed doesn't add structural strength to the frame.

I'm glad that I read this post before I made the modifications to my 62. I noticed that most of the previous examples were for a notch 3" or larger. If the pipe notch is below 3" (2" is what I was going for) would that have a lesser effect on the strength? I have a SWB and I wanted to put the gas tank in the rear.
