Cleaning up the accessory drive

It looks like crap. I priced out replacing everything on Rockauto and that added up fast. The whole idea is to try to do this on a budget.

I'm currently thinking of leaving the water pump on and painting it with the engine. Stripping the accessory bracket down and maybe having it powder coated? Alternator has me stumped. Tensioner and idler could probably just be replaced.

Any good ideas or best practices here? Or pictures?
