Trying to decode my straight 6

The engine id is 8350817 which is a 230-250 but I can't find anything on the code by the dizzy. It's F0927N. I get it's the Flint plant made in September but that's all I can identify.

According to this info for your suffix code N it’s a 63-64 230.
