I wasn't as familiar with hydraulics, with it being so cramped I wasn't sure how to do the mounts. I also heard horror stories about the firewall ripping on the hydraulic mount. Figured it would be kinda cool if I can pull this off. Should be done real soon.

Re: "The Yellow Truck"

created my clutch linkage with heim joints and custom sleeves, ditching the impala calipers and switching to camaro due to the parking brake, wiring the truck, captain fab is sending me the booster adapter and caliper adapters and I have to use a 7" booster due to room, using corvette MC, buying speed bleeders for all 4 corners Alan Grove components is providing the accessories brackets, bought a shim kit to dial down the power steering pump pressure for the Mustang rack and pinion, using a holley red fuel pump to deliver gas, rebuild a 700 Holley DP (it's small but should work for now), had to use 3/8' shim on the passenger side cab mount which I thought was unusual (any thoughts?)

Re: "The Yellow Truck"

Did you ever figure out how to use your original clutch with the t-56?

Re: "The Yellow Truck"

Yes, the Z bar moved due to 2 things, the height change in the motor mounts and the new ball mount location in the 454. I cut one arm off the Z bar and repositioned it or "re clocked" it, made the new frame mount for the Z bar as part of the PORTERBUILT shock mount, then made new connecting linkage for whole set up. I mocked it up with all-thread and heim joints to get the clutch actuating and will replace with cleaner linkage down the road.
