Sway Bar

I found a 74 Blazer 4x4 in a local junk yard and it has a front sway bar on it. Has anyone put one like this on their 1st Gen Blazer? Did it bolt on easy? Was it worth the hassle?

I assume you would lose a lot of suspension travel on a 4x4 with a sway bar, but there must be a reason it was on the 74 Blazer that I found.

Thanks,

Davy
