Post Front x-member upper A-arm shaft studs, where to get?

as you all know, I am pulled the front
cross-member out of my truck to rebuild and
clean up. Well I have questions now.
First off, I did NOT put the motor back in,
I loosened up the lower ball joints and left
the nut on with a good sized gap and broke
the ball joint free from the spindle with a
pickle-fork...anyway, there wasnt much tension
and the springs pretty much just fell out on
there own (no force)...the truck sits level, and both springs are the same height, left and right anyway...Should I replace these? They are probably original, so who
sells GOOD ones, where should I buy?

Second big question is, the drivers side upper
A-Arm shaft retaining studs looks like they were
cross-threaded (yes BOTH of them)...These
look like they're pressed in, does anybody
sell new ones (they are grade-8, by the marks) PLEASE HELP!
Thanks.

I got Moog repair parts from the local NAPA store when I rebuilt mine.
