changing tranny fluid 99 z71 PITA

MAN what a pain i changed my tranny fluid for the first time in my 99. It was the hardest i have ever done. the shifter braket is in the way you have to half remove the drive shaft to get to the bracket, the exhaust is kinda in the way. If anybody is taking theirs in to have it done it should take awhile and probably be costly. It took alot longer tha any turbo tranny i ever worked on. they really made it a pain in the a-- to do. Just wanted to vent alittle thankx

I had the same enjoyment with my Z71 last year. It's not *horrible* compared to some other vehicles. It's still somewhat accessable
